Icebox Cake

     I love when people find out that I haven't done or had something in my 39 years on this planet.  Today was one of those moments as JoAnn exclaimed, "You've NEVER had an icebox cake...you poor deprived girl!".  Some days my new thing just comes to me and today it was a treat made of chocolate graham crackers, peaches and chocolate pudding.  Mmmmmmm.  Layered yummy goodness.
