Chicken Marsala for a 40 Year Old

     That frightening time is upon us when my fellow classmates turn the big scary 40.  John is kicking it off in January.  I busted out a bottle of Marsala wine that has been hiding in the pantry and made his request...my first time making this dish.  Easy enough.  Amazingly delicious!!!  One of many little special events to honor four decades of life.  Happiest of birthdays!!!
