A bit ago while checking out some stuff at a craft store I noticed there was a sale on cavases. So for $2 a pop I picked some up along with only four colors of paint. I waited for a day that was itching for something creative. Today was that day. It was grey and rainy out. It was also the morning before both children had to go to the dentist. What a great way to distract fearful little brains...
The rules? Each of us got our own canvas. Only four paint colors were allowed. No peeking at any other canvas. I thought they would be cute. Maybe even cool. I had no idea how much I would truly love them. They are a collection to be proud of indeed. It was the kind of project that made me wish this was one of those cool blogs complete with photographs. Hey...something to shoot for...in the meantime I am pretty excited about the new show I'll have to hang in my very own gallery!
